With an ongoing commitment to research and development, our dental lab proudly offers the next generation in ceramic restorations: PlZ, Porcelain Layered to Zirconia. Using our innovative expertise, our dental lab has consistently and successfully created many PLZ restorations with absolutely incredible results.
Full Monolithic Zirconia (FMZ)
BruxZir™ is a fully contoured Zirconia crown and bridge restoration with no porcelain overlay. Scanned and designed from your conventional, analog impression or digital impression in our Computer Aided Design Software these restorations are then milled in our milling machines.
IPS e.max is an excellent blend of beauty and strength. Made of lithium disilicate, a glass ceramic it meets the highest aesthetic demands yet possesses the durability needed for long-term restorative needs.
TRS presses all IPS e.max for maximum strength (400 MPa’s) and maximum margin refinement. Available in full contour monolithic or cut back and multi-layered, IPS e.max remains our choice for single anterior/posterior crowns, veneers and inlay/onlays. With excellent translucency and accurate light refraction, you can count on having restorations returned to you that will essentially disappear in the mouth.
For all anterior crown & veneer cases please supply abutment tooth shade along with final shade selection.
Porcelain fused to metal crowns ( PFM )
Porcelain fused to metal restorations are the classic standard restorations for dentistry. TRS Dental has been fabricating PFM restorations, from single units to full mouth rehabilitations. PFM has been and will be Dentistry’s most proven and tried true restoration with great strength & durability and when precision attachments are required, this is the prominent restoration.
A Dental Implant is used to support one or more replacement teeth. It is a titanium screw that replaces the root of a tooth and is placed in the jawbone.
Implants can provide a secure and natural alternative to dentures and once in place feel very much like your own teeth.
Implants are a safe, well established treatment. With good care and hygiene they should last many years.
TRS Dental Lab implant abutments are custom engineered to best meet each patient’s case needs. Our Partner Lab uses the most advanced design and milling technologies to deliver the most precise fits available. Technology today has allowed us to deliver abutments that are compatible with most major implant platforms. Great care is taken with design decisions to facilitate ideal emergence and contours in order to create an optimized soft-tissue contour and esthetics. Our confidence in the quality of our custom abutments is backed by a 5-year limited warranty.
TRS Dental Lab offers two types of custom implant abutments for both Screw & Cementable restorations: Titanium or Zirconia w/Ti Base. This attention to design details ensures easy delivery of the final restoration and ideal cosmetic results.

If your patient tends to grind their teeth at night, chances are that they are wearing the surfaces of their teeth down, increasing the risk of cavities and damage to crowns and fillings. This also is often linked to temporomandibular joint and muscle disorders (TMD or TMJD) or lockjaw symptoms, as the tension in the jaw increases with the pressure being put on the teeth. Put an end to the cycle by wearing a custom-fit splint by TRS Dental Lab, which protects the teeth and the bite during sleep.
Splints can be made either on the Upper or Lower arches , upper splints are referred to as Michigan Splint and lower as Tanner Splints, both splint designs have in common the same features of an ideal occlusion (1) Multiple even contacts on posterior teeth in the retruded contact position with lighter contacts on anterior teeth , (2) Anterior guidance ramp providing canine guidance and disclusion of the posterior teeth in lateral and protrusive excursions.
Splints can help and protect you if you suffer from:
